Aimee was born in Virginia and has one younger brother. Before relocating to the Atlanta area in 1983, Aimee had been living most of her life in Reno, NV. Aimee now lives in Dallas, GA. Aimee's hobbies include gardening, spending time on the lake, cooking and snow skiing. Aimee recently "retired" from raising and showing American pit bull terriers. In the past 14 years she has raised over 20 top ten UKC show dogs. She still has three pit bulls of her own - Nina, Gauge and Flirt. In 2000, Aimee became certified in Animal Behavior and then four years later became a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Why she does this: "I love working emergency medicine and specializing in surgery. I have been doing this for over 16 years and the experience has given me the opportunity to help so many wonderful animals. I love the satisfaction of knowing I helped an animal recover and return home to their family".
