    Born in Forseth, NC, Ashley has also lived in South Carolina, Florida and Georgia - with most of her life spent in the Atlanta area.  She lives with her sister Amanda and her nephew Brandon.  She has a white boxer named Mr. Pete, a tabby cat named Mango, a sugar glider named Dylan, and 30 Holland lop rabbits.   Her hobbies include breeding lop rabbits and competing with them in shows, as well as hanging out with friends, family and her boyfriend, Vincent.

    Why she does this:  "I have been around animals my entire life and love them all.  Everyone at The Village Vets is very friendly and welcoming".

    Tomasita - who also goes by the name "Tommi", was born in Atlanta and has lived here her entire life.  "Happily divorced", she has 4 children - 3 daughters - Shamira (7/94), Precious (7/95), and Zion (2/09), and 1 son - Montinez (1/97).  Tomasita has one dog, named Polo, who is a pit bull mix that she rescued in 2009 from a place called Dogs on Death Row.  She has been in the animal care field since 2000 and has earned a certificate as a Veterinary Assistant and another in dog training.  One of her greatest accomplishments in the field of dog training was training a puppy that later became a service dog for the visually impaired and disabled through Southeastern Guide Dogs in 2001. "Just the thought of being able to help someone be independent in their daily life made me very proud of myself".  In her spare time Tomasita enjoys reading, writing poetry, and enjoying family gatherings. 

    Why she does this: “I am happy to be a part of The Village Vets and I look forward to the experience".
